Discover our new product: Fruit alcohol

With the rise of artisanal products, mixology and DIY, consumers are looking for authentic and high-quality products. Which is the case with our fruit alcohol .

A product with multiple uses

Fruit alcohol, also known as neutral alcohol, is a versatile and essential ingredient in the production of liqueurs and various culinary preparations. This type of alcohol is mainly used to macerate fruits, herbs, and spices, thus creating drinks and extracts rich in flavors and aromas. In our grandparents' time, it was commonly used to preserve seasonal fruits and make homemade liqueurs, thus perpetuating an artisanal tradition passed down from generation to generation.

Fruit alcohol is a distilled spirit that has undergone extensive purification to remove impurities and unwanted flavors. It is generally colorless and has a neutral taste, making it an ideal base for infusing flavors.

A useful product

This fruit alcohol is a neutral alcohol because it has no taste or smell. The aim of this alcohol is to restore the tastes that are macerated in it as authentically as possible. It is a key element in the world of drinks and gastronomy, because it offers a flexible and neutral base for the creation of rich and diverse flavors. It can therefore be used in the manufacture of artisanal liqueurs, fruits in alcohol, in baking, or even in cooking to flambé meat or fish.

A basic product that doesn't forget its basics

For the sake of tradition and authenticity, this fruit alcohol is carefully produced in our workshops in Isère. A sober, clear and elegant label. Thick paper, slightly striated to recall the authenticity of this neutral alcohol, and the qualities of our Maison Noirot products. The bottle, with its color and shape, evokes traditional demijohns, an obvious nod to the artisanal heritage and flavors of yesteryear, with its touch of authenticity and nostalgia. The watercolor fruit illustrations on the label bring a touch of freshness, naturalness, and lightness.
