At Maison Noirot, whether it is based on plants, flowers, barks or fruits, each drink is the result of a subtle art of assembly like so many encounters between the ingredients that compose them. A question of balance, awakening the senses, accidents, sometimes, but also audacity... each drink is thus thought of as a delicate assembly, like an encounter with you. Revealing, striking, unexpected, each of these blends will not leave you indifferent.

MAKE THE FLAVORS TALK
From our heritage as a flavorist, we have retained the blending of tastes. At Maison Noirot, we could have been satisfied with that... but rather than blending them, we prefer to make them “speak”. Giving each of them the chance to express themselves and reveal their palette of nuances: this is OUR know-how. Getting the best out of the aromas, expressing their nature, sparking conversations between them, so that they find the audience that suits them, and in turn join the discussions around the table.
