A botanist and herbalist from Nancy in the last century, Théodule Noirot relied on ancestral methods to design drinks made from the riches of nature. Clever blends of plants, flowers and fruits, maceration and distillation of bark, wood, herbs and leaves...

Even today, this know-how is characteristic of the aromatic blend that is the hallmark of all Maison Noirot creations. It is this in-depth knowledge of plants that allows us to distill the best aromas and flavors to create drinks that will appeal to the tastes of the French.

Our products: liqueurs, flavored wines and spirits

Liqueurs, spirits, flavored wines, liqueur preparations, cocktail bases, syrups, non-alcoholic aperitifs, culinary flavors... In a constantly evolving market, Noirot drinks are reinventing and adapting, capitalizing on a unique DNA: the ability to offer drinks with or without alcohol, but always prepared in such a way as to restore balanced flavors and natural aromas, as close as possible to nature!

Our manifesto

At Noirot, the table is a place of expression, where aromas are free to reveal themselves.

Bitterness flirts with sweetness on a corner of the table, at aperitif time.

The freshness of the Alps, remakes the world with its band of spices, on a table on the terrace...

...Anise, for its part, earns its place on large tables, distilling its herbal punchlines to digestifs, until the end of the evening.

During a cocktail, the coffee table is an open stage, the acidity of a citrus fruit comes to tickle the century-old liqueurs.

At the end of the table, ripe fruits exchange with empty glasses, while frank aromas cut through the debates, with base notes...

...Before telling it from table to table, these stories of tastes were designed and assembled by us, on the tables of our workshops.

Here, since 1890, we have extracted the essence of flavors and the nuances of chords, to compose a frank and sincere language spoken throughout France.
