GENEPI SUNRISE
Let yourself be enchanted by the Génépi Sunrise , a cocktail that captures the beauty of the mountains and the warmth of a sunrise. Based on génépi, this alpine liqueur with a unique character, it is enhanced by the tangy freshness of grapefruit juice. The sparkling water brings a sparkling lightness, while the grenadine creates a bright red gradient, evoking dawn.
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 cl of Génépi des Sommets Maison Noirot
- 4 cl of grapefruit juice
- 7 cl of sparkling water
- 2 cl of grenadine syrup
- 1 thin slice of grapefruit
- Some ice cubes
PREPARATION :
- In your Highball filled with ice, pour the Génépi des Sommets, Distillerie NOIROT 1890 as well as your grapefruit juice.
- Add your sparkling water and your syrup which will settle delicately at the bottom of your glass.
- Place your grapefruit slice in your glass. It's ready, enjoy!
