The lemon juice brings a hint of acidity that enhances the flavors, while the sugar subtly balances the whole.
INGREDIENTS :
- 5 cl of Absinthe des Alpes Noirot House
- 5 cl of lemon juice
- 5 cl of sugar syrup
- 10 cl of water
- 3 cucumber slices
- Some ice cubes
PREPARATION :
- In your Martini glass, pour the absinthe
- Add the lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Place cucumber slices in the glass.
- Add ice cubes, then water.
- Mix with a spoon. Enjoy!
